Dr. Dorian Cramer Lord 1969 - 2013

Victor Lord’s doctor, co-conspirator with Mark Toland, marries Victor Lord and inherits estate upon Victor’s death. Dorian’s medical license revoked following her involvement in the mercy killing of Rachel Wilson. Viki was the only board member among five who voted in favor of reinstating Dorian’s license. Dorian was certain Viki voted against her. This was the first major event that led to Dorian hating Viki. Dorian is jealous of Viki, covets Viki’s life, has affair with Viki’s son Joey, decades of spats with Viki.

Viki knew of Joe’s health issues through Larry and withheld it from Joe.

Ted Clayton 1980 - 1981

Ted Clayton was a con artist who was originally introduced as the presumed father of Tina Lord Roberts. Ted came to Llanview with the intention of swindling Viki and Tina out of their money. Ted developed genuine feelings for Viki. Ted's manipulative actions included kidnapping Tina and attempting to drug Viki. Clint's protective nature ultimately pushed Viki to realize her true feelings for Clint.

Echo DiSavoy 1983; 2010 - 2011

Echo arrived in Llanview seeking revenge on Clint Buchanan who she blamed for her mother's death. Echo seduced Clint and framed her for her "supposed" murder. Viki worked to clear his name when it was discovered Echo was alive and she had staged her own death. Clint and Viki reunited and Echo left town.

Echo returned in 2010 where she crossed paths with Viki and then husband Charlie Banks. Echo had a history with Charlie and began an affair with him, further straining his marriage to Viki which led to Viki and Charlie divorcing.

Mark Pemberton 1984

Mark Pemberton went into hiding at Viki's cabin after embezzling millions of dollars from Lord-Manning. Viki and the boys are held hostage by him. Viki convinced Mark to release the boys. Pemberton was carrying a bomb to keep Viki on the straight and narrow although she managed to leave a trail of clues which led Clint and Ed Hall to rescue her at the airport.

Tracy James and Stick. 1984

Tracy James, a nurse and a homicidal psycopath. Tracy took an immediate interest in Larry and vowed to win him over, enlisting the help of a dangerous cohort named Stick. Stick and Tracy died in the secret room of Llanfair while mishandling a bomb. Tracy killed Dr. Marcus Polk, Viki's long time psychiatrist and then pinned the murder on Clint and forged medical documents insinuating that Viki had not yet overcome her multiple personality disorder. Viki was locked up in an asylum where Tracy was working.

Cult Leader, Wanted Viki’s fortune and tried several ways over the years to obtain it. Set up an elaborate plan to have Niki Smith reemerge. Mitch had secretly raped and drugged Viki around the same time she conceived a child with Clint. Viki unknowingly became pregnant with fraternal twins, one fathered by Clint (Natalie) and the other fathered by Mitch (Jessica). Later revealed through DNA Clint was indeed the father of Jessica and Natalie.

Leo Cromwell, was a character linked to the hidden city of Eterna along with the devious Michael Grande. He deceived Viki by claiming he was the father of her child, born during her Niki Smith alter ego. This deception led Christine Cromwell, a photographer at the Banner, to believe she was Viki's daughter, a memory Viki did not recall due to her Niki Smith persona. Leo further manipulated Christine into accepting that she was indeed Viki's daughter, despite it all being a scam.

Viki, as mayor, worked to shut down Carlo’s drug trafficking operation. Carlo’s attempt to harm, Viki, including a failed assassination attempt that resulted in Viki suffering a stroke, further fueled their conflict. Carlo forced Gabrielle to drug Viki’s drink nearly poisoning her. He also tried to use Viki’s psychiatrist, Dr. Durban into hating and killing her son, Kevin as he felt Viki (through Niki) was responsible for his son’s death.

DuAnn Demerest 1991

DuAnn Demerest was the mother of LeeAnn Demerest. DuAnn, the midwife who had helped birth Max Holden. Max is trying to uncover whether he is Asa Buchanan's biological son, and DuAnn seems inclined to help him make it look that way. Renee Buchanan tried to hide the secret from Asa that Max was not really his son. DuAnn threatened to reveal the secret and blackmail Renee and practically everyone else in Llanview including Viki who came to Renee's defense. DuAnn was murdered and Renee was arrested, although later it was discovered Julia Medina was responsible for her death.

Dr. Durban, a psychiatrist with a history of gambling addiction, was coerced by Carlo Hesser into hypnotizing Viki with the intent that she kill her son Kevin. Carlo’s actions were motivated by a desire for retribution, as he held Niki Smith responsible for the death of his own son, Johnny Dee.

Gina Russo 2001

Gina, who knew Ben and had a dangerous obsession with him, held Viki captive in her basement. However, Viki's alters began emerging and Gina was introduced to "Jean Randolph", "Tommy", and "Niki". Ben became suspicious after learning that Gina questioned Jessica about Viki's DID. "Jean" convinced Gina that she could impersonate Viki in order to break-up with Ben. After passing Gina's test, "Jean" met Ben at crossroads and told him it was over. Ben finally understood that Viki was sending him clues and he realized that Gina was behind Viki's disappearance. Ben turned the tables on Gina and demanded to know where Viki was. Gina's thugs had already taken Viki up to the cliff where Gina planned to get rid of her. Ben arrived as a struggle broke out between Gina and Viki. Ben intervened but not before Gina rendered Viki unconscious with a hit to the head. Ben tried to coax the gun away from Gina but she accidentally fell off the cliff. Viki and Ben reunited and Viki revealed that the emergence of her alters was just a plot so she could escape.
